We had an enthusiastic response from our employees who formed buddy pairs dressed in identical attires. Over 30 twin pairs were spotted around our office, surpassing all expectations!
QualityKiosk recently conducted a Rewards & Recognition [R&R] program in Yes Bank office on 27th August, 2019.
QualityKiosk has been working on several transformation initiatives with Yes Bank, and we collaborated with customer to felicitate QK's top performers from OBDX module, working onsite in Yes Bank office. This is in line with our endeavor to nurture talent and implement a culture of continuous learning in all our employees to help them surpass customer expectations.

QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. inaugurated our QK University on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami on 23rd August, 2019.
This is to inculcate a sense of continuous learning among our employees, and to help them be future-ready and exceed customer expectations.
The inauguration program began with a pooja ceremony, followed by ribbon cutting by Mr. Ramniwas Jhawar and Mrs. Sampat Jhawar. This was followed by live band by enthusiastic QKites across various teams, and a sumptuous lunch in office. All our employees were dressed in traditional attire for this special occasion.
This was truly a team effort, and involved planning and coordination between all teams.
QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Corporate Social Responsibility [CSR] team organized a Dental Camp & Awareness Drive on Saturday, 10th August. This camp was conducted by Dr Tina Iyer at Suresh Kulkarni Chawl in Turbhe.
This is a Rehabilitation Center run by Prerna Foundation - a non-governmental organization committed towards combating prostitution, woman and child trafficking, by defending their dignity and providing a safe environment to support their education and health.
Kudos to all participants in this noble cause!
QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. recently conducted its 3rd Rewards & Recognition event to recognize and felicitate contributions by outstanding employees.
This event was held at Dewan Housing Finance Ltd. [DHFL] office premises on 8th August, where QualityKiosk's onsite employees working in DHFL office were jointly felicitated by QualityKiosk and DHFL teams. We had whole-hearted participation from our onsite employees, as well as various teams in QualityKiosk that took the lead in jointly planning and executing the event.

QualityKiosk organized an annual outing for all our employees at Aqua Imagica near Khopoli on 13th July, 2019.
Over 500 employees participated in this initiative.We departed at 7:30 from Navi Mumbai and reached Aqua Imagica water park at Khopoli by 10 am. The entire day was filled with fun, food and lots of enjoyment.

Continuous learning is the core essence of any technology company.
In line with this thought, we launched the QK New Horizons Series to equip our employees with the latest technologies trending in the market. One of the goals is also to implant food-for-thought in their minds, on how we as an organization can implement these technologies.
Thus, each session focuses on a specific area of interest such as Data Science, DevOps, Artificial Intelliegence, Agile Testing, Robotic Process Automation, AI Ops, etc. We have identified industry experts - both in-house and external, who are pleased to share their thoughts and insights for the benefit of wider audience.
From the feedback received, this is certainly one of the most awaited programs in our office!
QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. kicked off 3rd edition of our Thought Leadership Series “guruSPEAKS” on 26th April.
Ms. Monika Chourasia, SVP & Head IT at Vodafone India Ltd. was invited as a guest speaker to our Mumbai office. Monica spoke to Siddharth Nikhra from our sales team, and shared her mantra to be happy and successful in life. She also interacted with other QualityKiosk employees and touched upon her amazing life journey, with some unique experiences that helped shape her career.
It was a pleasure to have Monika in our office. On behalf of QualityKiosk team, we thank her for great words and inspirational talks.
QualityKiosk partnered with RiteBite to conduct a "Wellness Week" for all employees. This was done to ensure our employees start paying attention to their personal and family health and wellness.
This included sessions on 1) Hair and Scalp care 2) Eye-checkup 3) Desktop Yoga 4) Healthy Eating Tips and more.We also shared wellness tips throughout the week.
We had more than 300 employees who benefited from these sessions across the course of the entire week.
One of man's greatest known fears is fear of facing an audience. QualityKiosk has been helping all employees improve their communication, public speaking and leadership skills, by formalizing a Speaker's Club, which has led to a great impact on personal and professional lives of participants.
In a Speaker's Club session, participants have to prepare on a topic and talk on stage before an audience. Constructive feedback is shared with all participants based on their performance, to help them improve their skills. One of the goals of this activity is to help them develop on-the-spot thinking with minimal preparation.
Of course, we also have an experienced jury that gives out special awards for the best speakers!
On 25th June 2019, we extended an opportunity to all photography enthusiasts across all QualityKiosk offices world-wide, to contribute their best captures.
This contest was organized with three themes - 1) Mutual Respect 2) Collaboration, and 3) Go-green. Participants had to take pictures using their mobile phone camera over the course of a few days.
We received multiple entries from budding photographers, and winners in each category received a special prize!
Prolonged exposure to digital devices leaves us vulnerable to screen radiation on a daily basis. As a step towards countering this, as well as other eye-related ailments, QualityKiosk team organized a free Eye Checkup Camp for all employees.
This camp was conducted on 10th April, 2019 in partnership with Lenskart. This was well-received by our employees with over 50 eye assessments conducted to improve myopia, hypermetropia and other conditions.

QualityKiosk organized a Blood Donation Camp for all employees in Navi Mumbai office, on 24th May 2019.
We conducted this camp in conjunction with Apollo Group of Hospitals, and received an enthusiastic response with participation of over 90 employees who came forward to donate their blood for causes like treatment of anaemia, patients with heart diseases, patients undergoing surgeries or life threatening diseases, premature infants, etc.
